This Withdrawal Information is provided in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, applicable national legislation implementing that Directive, and other applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
Scope
This Withdrawal Information applies only to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
Where goods from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the final item is received.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires.
You may do so by either of the following methods.

You may submit your withdrawal electronically using our EU Withdrawal Form available on this Website.
Once submitted, you will receive confirmation that your withdrawal request has been received.
Alternatively, you may send us a clear statement of your decision by email.

- Order number
- Products concerned
- Order date
- Delivery date
No specific wording is required provided your intention to withdraw is clear.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery service.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by us will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or satisfactory proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
Returning the Goods
Goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Unless otherwise agreed before the contract was concluded, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please package returned goods securely to minimise the risk of transport damage.
Inspection of Goods
You may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where permitted by applicable law, including contracts for goods that are:
- made to the consumer's specifications;
- clearly personalised;
- manufactured according to customer-provided dimensions; or
- produced using customer-supplied names, logos, artwork, photographs, text or other personalised content.
Examples include personalised signs, LED lamps, keychains, cork coasters, vinyl decals, wedding decorations and other products individually manufactured to customer requirements.
This exception does not affect your statutory rights if a product is damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured or does not conform to the agreed specification.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order is damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs to assist with assessing the issue.
Nothing in this Withdrawal Information affects your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 14 days after the returned goods have been received or satisfactory proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Nothing in this Withdrawal Information limits or excludes any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
