This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through https://www.artekcraft.com.
Artekcraft Ltd. reserves the right to begin production promptly after an order is placed and payment has been successfully authorized.
Cancellation Before Production
Orders may be cancelled before production has started.
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact Artekcraft immediately at:
Cancellation requests are processed on a best-efforts basis and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Artekcraft.
Personalized and Custom-Made Products
Most products offered by Artekcraft are personalized or manufactured according to customer specifications.
Once production, engraving, printing, cutting, assembly or personalization has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
Pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.
Non-Personalized Products
Where applicable, cancellation requests received before dispatch may be accepted at the sole discretion of Artekcraft.
Once an order has been shipped, customers should refer to the Return and Refund Policy.
Changes to Orders
Requests to modify:
Names;
Dates;
Initials;
Text;
Uploaded photographs;
Colors;
Design details;
Shipping addresses
must be submitted as soon as possible.
Artekcraft cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after production has commenced.
Refusal of Orders
Artekcraft reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order involving:
Fraudulent activity;
Payment authorization issues;
Offensive or unlawful content;
Copyright or trademark infringement;
Suspected abuse.
In such cases, customers will receive a refund where legally required.
